About Me
Mentoring has helped me achieve my long-term dream of becoming a medical student despite the academic obstacles I faced being a first-generation applicant. As a student ambassador, I have assisted in many MMIs, helping future medical students build their confidence despite obstacles they faced through effective communication and listening skills. Medical volunteering abroad in Palestine and Indonesia helped me gain insight into diverse healthcare systems growing my appreciation of the field.
